Can people of any age take barre classes?


Barre3 is designed for the mature muscular skeletal systems of adults ages 18 and above. Clients who perform Barre3 range in age from earl 20’s to their late 70’s. Barre3 is low impact and can improve the health and fitness of people of all ages.
