To perform the following exercises on one of you limbs, hold at your wrist to keep it straight. Use your other hand to do the hand and finger exercises.
Perform passive ROM exercise for the fingers by placing one hand on the back of the fingers for the other hand. Gently bend your hand into a fist. Straighten the fingers again.
Another passive ROM for the fingers involves gently straightening out the fingers of one hand with the other. Spread your fingers wide apart, one at a time. Then manually bring the fingers back together.
You can also perform finger-to-thumb touches. To perform this exercise, bring each fingertip to touch the thumb by using your other hand, one finger at a time.
