How do I perform speed ladder: zig-zag with touchdown?

Begin by standing on one side of a speed ladder. Step sideways placing one foot into the ladder and bringing the opposite foot into the same box. Step sideways again, taking your foot out of the ladder. Balance on the outside foot, reach across your body and squat, touching your foot with your hand. Stand upright and bring the opposite foot forward into the next box in the ladder. Change direction and bring the foot outside the ladder with the trailing foot moving into the box. Repeat moving through the ladder in a zig-zag pattern.
