Stand on one leg with foot pointed straight ahead and our knee slightly bent. Hold one cable in both hands at chest level and extend your arms across your body at a 45-degree angle in front of the balance leg. Keep your arms extended, contract your glutes and squat as if sitting into a chair. Keep your knee in line with your toes as you squat and hold the bottom position for a few seconds. Push up through your heel as you ascend to a standing position.
