How do I perform speed ladder: zig-zag?

Begin by standing on one side of a speed ladder. Step sideways placing 1 foot into the ladder and bringing the second foot into the same box. Step sideways again, taking the lead foot out to the side of the ladder and placing the opposite foot forward into the next box. Change direction and bring the foot inside the box out to the side of the ladder and bring the trailing foot forward into the next box in the ladder. Repeat moving through the ladder in a zig-zag pattern.
