Stand with your body turned 90-degrees to the ladder. Jump forward with both feet into the ladder. Jump diagonally backward with both feet, moving out of the ladder. Jump diagonally forward and backward, moving through the ladder, repeating the pattern, moving sideways to the end of the ladder.
