Balance on one leg on the side of the speed ladder. Hop diagonally forward into the ladder. Next, hop diagonally forward again out of the ladder. Change direction, hopping diagonally backward into the ladder, then hop diagonally backward out of the ladder. Repeat the pattern moving sideways through the ladder.
