Lie on a stability ball with the ball placed under the low back and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your feet flat on the floor and pointed straight ahead. Hold a medicine ball overhead with your arms fully extended. Contract your glutes and tuck-in your chin. Quickly crunch forward throwing the medicine ball against the wall.
