How do I perform a ball lying shoulder press with alternating arms?

Lie on your stomach on top of a stability ball with your legs extended and toes on the ground.  Draw in your navel and hold a dumbbell in each hand.  Begin with your elbows pointed out to your sides, and both your shoulders and elbows bent at 90-degree angles.  Press one arm overhead and then return to the starting position.  Repeat the exercise with the opposite arm.
