How do I perform a bent over triceps extension with 1 arm?

Kneel with one knee and the same hand on a bench.  Keep your opposite foot on the floor and hold a dumbbell in the opposite hand, keeping your elbow bent 90-degrees, placed at your hip.  Keeping your back flat, extend your elbow until your arm is straight and parallel with the ground (perform a kick back).  Hold and then return the weight to the starting position.  Repeat with the same arm.
