Sweating is a byproduct of several factors, including hydration levels, ambient air temperature, ambient humidity, exercise intensity, and clothing worn. If you don’t sweat sometimes during exercise it could be because the exercise intensity combined with the ambient air temperature is such that your body is able to maintain its core body temperature without sweating. If you do not sweat when the exercise intensity is high, or the ambient air temperature is warm to hot, consult a physician to determine if there is some form of medical issue.
