Stand in beside a box with your feet pointed straight ahead. Lift your chest and tuck in your chin. Draw-in your navel and contract your glutes. Using your arms, jump up and rotate, landing on the box with both feet. Hold the landing for a few seconds before stepping off the box and returning to the starting position.
