How do I perform a single leg medicine ball chest pass?

Face a wall with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart. Balance on one leg and lift the other directly beside it. Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest. Draw-in your navel, contract your glutes and tuck-in your chin. Quickly throw the medicine ball against the wall, extending your arms in a chest press fashion. Catch the ball and repeat quickly with control. Repeat half of the repetitions on one leg and the other half on the opposite leg.
