Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead, placed shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Grab a cable in each hand with your elbows flexed at 90-degree angles. Draw in your navel and push one hand toward the floor, fully extending your arm to the side of your body. Hold and then reverse the movement as you return to the starting position. Repeat with the opposite arm.
