How do I perform a seated cable chest press with 1 arm?

Sit with your back to the weight stack at a cable chest machine. Keep your feet straight and placed shoulder-width apart. Hold a cable in one hand at chest level with your elbow bent slightly and positioned just below shoulder level. Press the cable forward and together, fully extending your arm and being careful not to allow your head to jut forward. Return your hand to the starting position. Repeat with the same arm.
