Place 3 cones in a straight line, with 5 yards distance between each cone. Stand in an athletic position, straddling the middle cone. Sprint from the middle cone to the outside cone and touch it with your hand. Change direction and sprint to the farthest cone and touch it with your hand.  Change direction one last time and sprint back through the middle cone.
