Lie on your stomach with your feet together and forearms on the ground. Clench your fists under your shoulder, draw-in your navel and contract your glutes. Lift your body off the floor raise your body up until you forma straight line from head to toe. Contract your glutes and lift a leg off the floor, extend your leg out to the side and hold position for a few seconds.  Slowly return your leg to the start position and repeat leg movement with opposite leg.
