Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead, shoulder-width apart and keep your knees slightly bent. Hold a cable with both hands at shoulder level with your arms fully extended. Draw-in your navel, contract your glutes and tuck-in your chin. With your arms extended, lower the cable diagonally and rotate your body, pivoting on your back foot. Lower the cable until your hands reach knee level. Return to the starting position and repeat.
