How do I perform a single leg triceps pushdown with two arms?

Stand on one leg with your foot pointed straight ahead and your knee slightly bent.  Grab a cable in each hand with your elbows flexed at 90-degree angles.  Draw in your navel and push your hands toward the floor, fully extending your arms to the sides of your body.  Hold and then reverse the movement as you return to the starting position.
