How do I perform a standing cable row with 2 arms?

Wendy Batts
When performing a standing, 2-arm cable row exercise, you want to first select the amount of weight on the cable machine that you want to use. Next, stand with your feet hip-width apart and pointed straight ahead.  Be sure to draw-in your belly button and keep your neck relaxed. With both arms fully extended, hold a handle in each hand and row it back by bringing your thumbs toward your armpits and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Be sure not to shrug your shoulders or jut head your forward. Return to the start position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Stand facing a cable machine with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart.  Hold the cables with your arms extended at chest level.  With your knees slightly bent, row by bringing your thumbs toward your armpits, contracting your shoulder blades together.  Be careful not to shrug your shoulders or jut your head forward.  Hold the contracted position and then return to the starting position.
