How do I perform speed ladder skier?

Stand on one side of a speed ladder. Diagonally jump forward with both feet into the first box on the speed ladder. Then diagonally jump forward with both feet out of the speed ladder. Change direction, jumping diagonally forward with both feet back into the ladder then repeat jumping diagonally out of the ladder. Repeat the pattern through the end of the speed ladder.
