How do I perform speed ladder in-in-out-out?

Start with both feet straddling a speed ladder. Move one foot into the first box in the ladder, then move your opposite foot into the same box. Step forward and to the side, moving one foot out of the box. Follow with the other foot, moving it forward and out of the box so that you are straddling the ladder. Repeat moving forward with feet straddling in-in and out-out of the ladder.
