How do I perform a single leg shoulder flexion with one arm?

Stand on one leg with your foot pointed straight ahead and your knee slightly bent.  Draw-in your navel and hold a dumbbell in one hand, with your arm hanging at the side of your body.  Keeping your elbow straight, raise your arm in front of your body to shoulder level.  Hold the top position and then lower your arm back down to the side of your body.  Repeat with the same arm.
