Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and toes facing straight ahead. Bend slightly from the waist extend your arms in front of you, draw-in your navel and contract your glutes.  Pinch your shoulder blades together while bringing one arm around to the side of your body.  Return your arm to the front of your body and repeat with opposite arm.
