Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and shoulder-width apart. Next, jump up bringing your heels toward your butt without arching your back. Try to land softly by landing on the area of your foot that is behind the ball of your foot, but in front of your arch. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
 
Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart.  Contract your glutes, jump up and bring your heel to your glutes – be careful not to arch your back.  Land softly and repeat with control.
