How do I perform a ball lying V raise (scaption) 1 arm?

Lie on your stomach on top of a stability ball with your legs extended and toes on the ground.  Draw-in your navel and hold a dumbbell in one hand with your arm extended in front of your body.  Raise your arm with your thumb up, in front of your body at a 45-degree angle.  Raise the dumbbell to eye level being careful not to shrug your shoulders or arch your back.  Hold the top position and then return your arm to your side.  Repeat the exercise with the same arm.
