How do I perform an alternating arm single leg cable row?

When performing a single-leg, alternating-arm cable row exercise, you want to first select the amount of weight you want to use on the cable. Next, stand on one leg, making sure that your foot is pointed forward and your abs are drawn in. Be sure that your other foot that is off the ground remains close -- but not touching -- the other leg you are standing on. Next, hold the handles out in front of you with your elbows extended. In one continuous motion, row one arm back by bringing your thumb toward your armpit and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Be sure not to shrug your shoulders or jut head your forward. Return to the start position and repeat on the other arm. Continue alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
 
Stand on one leg facing a cable machine with your foot pointed straight ahead.  Hold the cables with your arms extended at chest level.  With your knee slightly bent, row by bringing the thumb of one hand toward your armpit, contracting your shoulder blades together.  Be careful not to shrug your shoulders or jut your head forward.  Hold the contracted position and then return to the starting position.  Repeat the exercise with the opposite arm.
