How do I perform a standing biceps cable curl?

Stand facing a cable machine with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder width apart.  Keep a slight bend in your knees and extend your arms down the sides of your body holding a cable in each hand.  Draw in your navel and curl the cables toward your shoulders.  Reverse the motion as you return to the starting position.
