When performing a squat to row with 2 arms, you want to first select the amount of weight you want to use on the cable. Next, grab the handles and stand with both feet pointed forward and shoulder-width apart. Keep your abs in tight. Slowly bend your hips and knees like you are going to sit in a chair. Be sure your hips go back and your kneecaps stay in-line with your 2-3 toes. Pause at the bottom and then return to the starting position. Fully squeeze your glutes at top and then row your arms back by bringing your thumbs toward your armpits and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Avoid shrugging your shoulders or jutting head your forward. Return to the start position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
 

Face a cable machine with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart. Hold cables with your arms extended in front of your chest. Contract your glutes and perform a three-quarter squat. Simultaneously stand up from your squat and row, contracting your shoulder blades and pulling your thumbs to your armpits. You should complete our row by the time your legs are fully extended.
