Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed hip-width apart.  Keep your knees slightly bent as you hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging at your sides.  Keep your arms straight and shrug your shoulders toward your ears.  Hold the top position and return to the starting position.
