How do I perform a shoulder press on a machine?

  • Shoulder Press Machine
    Adjust the seat settings so that you are comfortable in the machine.  Select your desired weight and with your chin tucked, press the weight overhead, fully extending your arms.  Be careful not to shrug your shoulders or jut your head forward.  Hold the top position and then return the weight to the starting position.
