How do I perform a medicine ball oblique throw?

Stand with your body turned 90-degrees from a wall with your feet pointed straight ahead, shoulder-width apart with your knees slightly bent. Hold a medicine ball at the side of the hip farthest from the wall. Contract your glutes, tuck-in your chin and rotate your body pivoting on the trailing leg. Toss the medicine ball to the wall as your body rotates. Catch the ball with a scooping motion and quickly repeat with control on both sides.
