How do I perform a ball lying fly with alternating arms?

Lie on your stomach on a stability ball with your legs extended and toes on the ground.  draw-in your navel and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended in front of your body.  Raise one arm into half a “T” position with your thumb pointed up.  Be careful not to shrug your shoulders or arch your back.  Hold the top position and return your arm to the floor.  Repeat the exercise with the opposite arm.
