How do I perform a single leg hammer curl alternate arm?

Stand on one leg with your foot pointed straight ahead and knee slightly bent.  Extend one arm down the side of your body holding a dumbbell in each hand.  Draw-in your navel and curl the dumbbell toward your shoulder.  With your arm fully extended down your sides a curl the dumbbell up towards your shoulders, leading with your thumbs which should be pointed up.  Be careful not to shrug your shoulders.  Reverse the movement as you return to the starting position. Repeat with opposite arm.
