Are there alternative treatments for tuberculosis?

Reliable medical experts do not endorse any alternative treatment as a cure for tuberculosis (TB). In fact, it is very important to see a medical doctor as soon as you suspect you may have been exposed to TB, even if you don't feel sick. Tuberculosis can be fatal if not treated, but conventional treatment - usually long-term antibiotic therapy - cures TB in 95 percent of cases.
