Follow your doctor's instructions for any medication to regulate the amount of thyroid hormone in your body. Monitor your symptoms to see if they improve or become worse, and talk to your doctor in case the dosage of your medication needs to be adjusted. Also pay attention to the amount of iodine in your diet. Increasing your iodine intake may improve your thyroid disorder.
