How will having tray teeth whitening affect the appearance of my teeth?

How tray teeth whitening will affect the appearance of your teeth will depend on what your teeth are like when you start. If your teeth are stained by tobacco, coffee, and other foods and drinks, tray teeth whitening can lighten their color. It can lighten their color, though not as easily, if your teeth are darkened by age. If your teeth are darkened by stains inside them, such as excessive fluoride or tetracycline (a type of antibiotic), tray tooth whitening may not produce a big change. Also bear in mind that the whitening only works on the teeth themselves, not on fillings or other artificial tooth repairs.
