How does lack of sleep affect teens?

Sleep is as necessary for life as food and water, and teens need approximately nine hours of sleep per night. Consequences of not getting enough sleep include learning, concentration and memory problems. It can also lead to agitation and anger issues, and even possibly worsen acne symptoms.
