Here are five swim tubing workouts that will take approximately ten to fifteen minutes to complete. Workout One 2x (30 sec on/ 30 sec rest) Freestyle pull (15 seconds)/Reverse Freestyle (15 seconds), Rest (30 seconds). Fly Pull (15 seconds) /Reverse Fly pull (15 seconds), Rest (30 seconds). Helicopter (15 seconds)/Catch up (15 seconds), rest (30 seconds), Standing reverse fly (30 seconds). Workout two= repeat workout one increasing interval set to 40 seconds of work time, divided into 20 seconds with each activity, 40 seconds rest. Workout Three = repeat workout two increasing interval time to 50 seconds, dividing the work into 25 seconds for each activity, rest interval is 50 seconds. Workout Four = 3 minute warm up, 5 rounds of 90 seconds freestyle pull with middle 30” surge faster and harder/ with 15 seconds off. 4x30 seconds free or fly fast/ with 15 seconds off. Workout five = 3 minute warmup, 16x1 minute stroke of choice, 15 seconds off. 1 minute freestyle pull, 1 minute freestyle recovery, 1 minute fly, 1 minute choice.
