Can heavy alcohol use affect my risk for stroke?

A large study confirmed the dangers of heavy alcohol use. Researchers observing more than 64,000 men in China found that men who consumed more than three drinks per day had a 22% greater risk of stroke than nondrinkers. What's more, men who consumed more than five drinks per day had a 30% greater risk of dying from stroke than nondrinkers.
