You should definitely talk to your doctor if you are experiencing symptoms of stage IV colon cancer. Feeling weak and fatigued are the most common early symptoms, and although those alone certainly do not mean stage IV colon cancer, it's a good idea to see your doctor. The earlier stage IV colon cancer is caught, the more curable it is.
