What is the 28-Day Diet?

Every "diet" seems to have a 28 day promise to it these days! 28 day diets (no matter which plan) work off of the behavior change module that tells us a habit can be formed in 4 weeks, or 28 days. Most of these plans offer meal plans and some form of exercise program to get you started. Keep in mind that the only way to really acheive a lifestyle change is to change your lifestyle for good. Quick fixes do show fast results, but they are often teamed with continued weight gain after the program is completed. Stay within your given calorie range (never dipping below 1200) and keep moving to ensure life long results.
