If you are using azelastine nasal spray, a strong CYP3A4 inducer, a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, fusidic acid, orphenadrine, paraldehyde, sodium oxybate, or thalidomide, suvorexant can lead to side effects and should be avoided.
