Should I be concerned about developing age spots?

Age spots are not dangerous, but some age spots can be unsightly and grow much larger than your moles and freckles. If you have spots that are changing or growing quickly, have uneven borders, or are made up of different colors, see your doctor as they could be something other than age spots.
