What might be the cause of my daughter's uneven shoulders?

If your daughter's shoulders are uneven in height you should pursue an evaluation for scoliosis. If you mean one of her shoulder blades wings out further than the other or that her muscles are assymetic then see an Orthopaedic surgeon to ensure she does not have winging or atrophy because of nerve entrapment.
