How may exercise help premature ejaculation?

Studies have found that regular physical activity can improve symptoms of depression, possibly by increasing serotonin. While more human research is needed, studies in rats suggest that levels of serotonin rise when the animals exercise. Although there’s no clinical evidence to support the idea that physical activity also treats premature ejaculation (PE), it can’t hurt and may help. At the very least, a daily jog, walk, or bike ride can boost your mood and counteract anxiety -- important benefits for men with PE.
