Usually, low sex drive itself doesn't impact the body too drastically, but its causes may affect the body in a variety of ways. It may be caused by a combination of physical and psychological factors. Physically, people may be less able to become aroused. Certain medications may affect hormone levels, which can lead to low libido. Also, the conditions that require those medications - cancer, diabetes, and other medical problems - may affect the body and reduce your desire for sex.
