Can deep breathing improve my sex life?

Pam Grout
Alternative & Complementary Medicine
There are many reasons your sex life will soar when you begin to practice better breathing. All of the above play a significant part: the energy, the lack of stress, the self-esteem. But most important, as you really allow yourself to get in touch with your body, you'll feel things you've never felt before. Every breath will trigger pleasant sensations. Gay Hendricks once asked a room of advanced breath work students how many had noticed an improvement in their sex lives. Nearly all of them raised their hands. Breathing right enhances the body's ability to feel positive energy. You're liable to become so orgasmic you won't know what to do. Come to think of it, maybe we'd better keep this one between ourselves.
