What other medications does zolpidem interact with?

If you are using azelastine nasal spray, orphenadrine, paraldehyde, sodium oxybate, or thalidomide, zolpidem can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking rufinamide or a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), zolpidem may not be a good option for you.
