Does Diprivan interact with other drugs or supplements?

Diprivan is associated with interactions with some medications; discuss those risks with your doctor before receiving this medication. It is important that you do not receive Diprivan anesthesia if you are currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or St. John's Wort. Possible interactions may also occur with the following: alcohol; barbiturates; levodopa; antidepressants; sleep medications; narcotic pain relievers; or other anesthetics. It is possible that other interactions may occur. It is important to tell your doctor about any medications you are on, including over-the-counter and herbal supplements.
